This Privacy Policy regulates access and use of the Web Application (hereinafter referred to as the “Web Application“) made available to internet users (hereinafter referred to as “Users“) interested in the contents (hereinafter referred to as “Contents“) and services (hereinafter referred to as “Services“) offered by InMTok through the same.

The basis for InMTok’s legitimacy to process User data through this Web Application is the User’s consent to the processing of their personal data.

5.- What are the purposes of processing your personal data?
The personal data collected by InMTok may be used for the following purposes, according to the consent given in the corresponding registration form:
1.- To enable the Web Application to fulfill its function of providing the requested services, including investment.
2.- To receive commercial communications or information about InMTok’s products and services by mail, telephone, email, SMS/MMS, or other equivalent electronic communication means.
3.- To prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, by complying with InMTok’s KYC/AML procedure, which is a mandatory obligation.
4.- To evaluate whether the user has sufficient financial and investment knowledge, as well as the necessary faculties and capacities, to invest in the products offered by InMTok.
6.- Accuracy of Data Provided by Users
The User guarantees the accuracy of the personal data provided and commits to informing InMTok of any changes to such data. The User will be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, and InMTok reserves the right to exclude from its services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other legal actions that may be taken.
It is recommended that Users take the utmost care to protect their data using suitable security tools. InMTok will not be liable for any theft, illegal modification, or loss of data.
Any changes or updates to the data must be communicated to InMTok through the communication channels specified in this Privacy Policy.
7.- Data Retention
The protection of users’ privacy and personal data is of utmost importance to InMTok. Therefore, InMTok does everything possible to prevent the misuse of User data. Only authorized personnel have access to User data.
Personal data provided by the User will be retained as long as the User’s InMTok account remains active for the purposes for which it was provided, unless the User revokes their consent, requesting the deletion of their account or the erasure of specific personal data from the Web Application.
Subsequently, if necessary, InMTok will maintain the information blocked for the legally established periods.
InMTok is committed to fulfilling its obligation of secrecy and confidentiality regarding personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

Users have the right to:

2.- Request the correction of any inaccurate data;
3.- Request the deletion of their data;
4.- Request that the processing of their data be limited;
5.- Object to the processing of their data;

The communication addressed to InMTok must contain the following information:
1.- The User’s name and surname; A photocopy of their national identity document, passport, or other valid document that identifies them.
2.- The specific request that the User is making.
Regardless of any other administrative recourse or judicial action, the User has the right to submit a complaint to a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the member state where they have their habitual residence, workplace, or the location of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data is not in compliance with the regulations, as well as in the event that they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights. The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been submitted will inform the complainant about the progress and outcome of the complaint.

The protection of users’ privacy and personal data is of utmost importance to InMTok. Therefore, InMTok has taken all necessary measures to prevent its data from being used improperly, allowing access to it only to authorized personnel.
InMTok maintains adequate security measures to protect personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and has established all available technical means to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of data provided by the User through the Web Application, without prejudice to informing you that Internet security measures are not foolproof.
InMTok is committed to fulfilling its duty of secrecy and confidentiality regarding personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
InMTok will not be liable for any damages or losses that may arise from the User’s failure to comply with this obligation.

The User is informed that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party companies or entities.
The data of Users will only be used by InMTok for any purpose that serves to correctly fulfill the purposes of personal data treatment collected in point 5 of this Privacy Policy.
