1.- Right to Information
We inform you that this website https://en.inmtok.com/ is hereinafter referred to as the “Web Application” and is owned by RUBÉN SÁNCHEZ BORASTERO (hereinafter, “InMTok“), with ID number 47026188-C, and address at Avenida de Gijón 114, 03170 – Rojales.
Accessing and/or using the Web Application attributes the status of user, and by doing so, you accept the present Legal Notice.

2.- Use of the Web Application
The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Web Application. The Web Application may provide access to a wide range of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content, and information (hereinafter, “Content”) belonging to InMTok or third parties that the User may access.
The User commits to using the Content and services offered through the Web Application in a proper manner and, in a non-exhaustive but illustrative manner, to not use them for:
1.- Engaging in illegal, illicit, or contrary to good faith and public order activities.
2.- Causing damage to the physical and logical systems of the Web Application of InMTok, its providers, or third parties.
3.- Introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damages.
4.- Attempting to access, use, and/or manipulate the data of InMTok, third-party providers, and other users.
5.- Reproducing or copying, distributing, allowing public access through any communication medium, transforming, or modifying the Content, unless authorized by InMTok.
6.- Deleting, hiding, or manipulating the Content subject to intellectual and industrial property rights and other identifying data of such rights of InMTok or third parties incorporated into the Content, as well as technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be inserted into the Content.
InMTok warns that the materials contained in this Web Application have been included for informational purposes only, and are therefore insufficient for making decisions or taking positions in a specific case.
The User should be aware that the materials contained in this Web Application may not reflect the most recent legislative or jurisprudential state on the issues analyzed. Additionally, these materials may be modified, developed, or updated without prior notice.
InMTok reserves the right to investigate and report any of the aforementioned conducts according to the law, as well as to collaborate with the authorities in the investigation of such actions.
InMTok may temporarily suspend access to the Web Application due to maintenance, repair, updating, or improvement operations. However, whenever circumstances permit, InMTok will notify the User in advance, with sufficient notice, of the scheduled suspension date. InMTok is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Content included in the Web Application.
3.- Intellectual and Industrial Property
All and each of the intellectual property rights to the content and graphic design of this Web Application (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure, and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.) are the exclusive property of InMTok or a third party authorized by InMTok to use them. Therefore, InMTok has the exclusive right to exploit these contents and graphic design.
Accordingly, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 1/1996, of April 12, approving the Refurbished Text of the Intellectual Property Law, and in Law 17/2001, of December 7, on Trademarks as well as any other complementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, it is prohibited to reproduce, transmit, adapt, translate, distribute, or publicly communicate, including making available or any other form of commercial exploitation and/or modification of all or part of the content of the Web Application, without prior and express authorization from InMTok.
InMTok does not grant any license or authorization to use any of its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other related property or right to the Web Application and/or its services or contents.
The User commits to respecting the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by InMTok. In this sense, it is permitted to reproduce and temporarily store the contents of the Web Application to the extent that it is strictly necessary for the use and visualization of the Web Application from a personal computer, tablet, or mobile phone.
The legitimacy of the intellectual and industrial property rights to the contents provided by Users is the exclusive responsibility of the same, who will be liable for any claims from third parties arising from the illegal use of the contents of the Web Application.
4.- Data Protection
The use of this Web Application may require Users to provide personal and financial data. InMTok processes this type of information in accordance with applicable legislation, and collects it in its Privacy Policy.
5.- Responsibility and Warranties
InMTok declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its possibilities and considering the current state of technology, to ensure the correct functioning and absence of viruses and harmful components in its Web Application.
However, InMTok cannot be held responsible for:
1.- the lack of continuity and availability of the Content and Services;
2.- the presence of errors in said Content or the failure to correct defects that may exist;
3.- the accuracy, integrity, or updating of the data provided by Users;
4.- the interruption of the Web Application’s functioning or computer failures, telephone outages, disconnections, delays, or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloads in telephone lines, data centers, the Internet system, blockchain, or other electronic systems, produced during its operation;
5.- the presence of viruses or other harmful components;
6.- any damage caused by third parties that infringe or breach InMTok’s security systems.
InMTok may temporarily suspend access to the Web Application without prior notice, due to maintenance, repair, updating, or improvement operations. However, whenever circumstances permit, InMTok will notify the User, with sufficient notice, of the scheduled suspension date for the Services.
InMTok is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Content included in the Web Application.
6.- Duration and Modification
This Legal Notice will be in effect indefinitely, and InMTok may make changes to the specified conditions, which will take effect from the moment of their publication.
InMTok may remove, add, or change both the Content and the services it provides, as well as the way they appear or are presented. The conditions that are published at the time the User accesses the InMTok Web Application will be considered valid.
The access and/or use of the Web Application will be understood as an acceptance by the User of this Legal Notice and its conditions, and, if applicable, the changes made to them.
7.- Hyperlinks
InMTok assumes no responsibility for links to other applications or websites found in the InMTok Web Application, which may direct the User to other applications or websites over which InMTok has no control.
In this sense, InMTok is not responsible for the information contained in these third-party links nor for any effects that may arise from such information.
Therefore, the inclusion of links to other websites or applications does not imply approval of their contents by InMTok nor the existence of any type of association between InMTok and the owners of other websites or applications.
As a result, the User accesses the Content under their exclusive responsibility and in accordance with the usage conditions that apply to it.
8.- Safeguard and Interpretation
This Legal Notice constitutes an agreement between each of the Users and InMTok.
If the competent authority declares that a provision is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such declaration with respect to one or more clauses will be understood without prejudice to the validity of the remaining clauses.
The fact that InMTok does not strictly enforce any of the provisions of this Legal Notice in no way constitutes or can be interpreted as a waiver of its right to strictly enforce them in the future.
9.- General Information
InMTok will pursue any breach of this Legal Notice, as well as any improper use of its portal, and will take all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it under the law.
10.- Language
The applicable language for these Conditions is Spanish. If versions are provided in other languages, such as English, it will be solely for courtesy and greater user convenience. In the event of a contradiction, the Spanish version will prevail.
11.- Notifications
InMTok may send the necessary communications to Users through the email address provided by them in the registration forms or through any other contact information provided by the User.
